Bitesize CPD

Bitesize Continual Professional Development (CPD) at Brentside.

At Brentside we believe that CPD is most effective when it is personalised and delivered through mutual support and development.  Central to this is the belief that we have sufficient internal skill and expertise to run most of our training.  We already work to that principle, with collaborative professional learning and peer support in the form of NQT buddies, collaborative line management and training in departments.  We are now moving further towards a system of 'in-house' training for staff, building on the expertise that exists within Brentside.

This site covers the Bitesize menu of internally delivered training and development activities for all staff.  You can opt into the type of training development best suited to your needs and in accordance with your Performance Management objectives.
